By accessing or using the NutriTrack platform ("the Platform"), operated by Azania Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a school, district office or government department, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
These Terms of Use must be read together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the End User Licence Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.
NutriTrack is a cloud-based management system for the National School Nutrition Programme (NSNP), enabling:
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — the administration of the NSNP. You must not:
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you submit through the Platform. The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions or decisions made on the basis of inaccurate data submitted by users.
By submitting a form, you confirm that the information contained therein is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The NutriTrack platform, including its software, design, user interface, documentation and all content created by the Company, is the exclusive intellectual property of Azania Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd, protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and applicable South African law.
The data submitted by users (school information, reports, feeding records) remains the property of the submitting organisation. The Company holds a licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Platform.
We aim to maintain Platform availability of 99% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Support is available via the in-platform support ticket system. Response times are:

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, the Company shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to any client in any calendar year shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in that year.
Either party may terminate access to the Platform with 30 days' written notice. On termination:
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg, unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via the platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
